The Bird Dog Project – Lifetime Warranty

At The Bird Dog Project, we build gear that’s made to last, because dogs don’t quit, and neither should their leashes. Our Lifetime Warranty covers all standard field leashes against manufacturing defects and performance-related failures. If something goes wrong due to our craftsmanship, we’ll make it right.

Warranty Coverage
We guarantee the integrity of materials, hardware, and stitching for the life of the leash. If your leash fails due to normal use or a material defect, we’ll repair or replace it — no questions asked.

Conditions for Repair or Replacement
While our warranty covers all manufacturing flaws, damage from extreme misuse or accidents may not qualify — but we’ll still evaluate the item and offer a fair repair option whenever possible.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, cosmetic wear (like scuffs or fading), or damage caused intentionally or by chewing.
