The Bird Dog Project – 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange — no hassle, no pressure.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

2. How to Start a Return

• Head to our Contact page and send us an email with your order number and the reason for the return.

• We’ll follow up with return instructions and any details we need to help you out.

3. Return Shipping

• We’ll email you a return label and everything you need to send your gear back.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange right away.

• Let us know what works best for you.

5. Exceptions

• Custom or personalized items can’t be returned unless there’s a manufacturing issue — we stand behind those cases 100%.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away.

• We’ll take care of the return label and cover the shipping — no cost to you.

The 30-day return window begins on the day your order is marked as delivered in the tracking info.
